The custom home design process begins with how you want to live in the space. By thoughtfully considering the interior and exterior together from the start, homes are designed to feel cohesive, intentional, and deeply connected. Through detailed 3D renderings and close collaboration with builders and consultants, each decision is guided with care to create a home that is both beautiful and functional from the ground up.
CUSTOM CABINETRY DESIGN
Cabinetry design is a fun way to elevate your design project. When designing custom cabinetry it is important to make sure each cabinet will not only be beautiful but also functional. There are so many creative organizational cabinets that will bring the functionality of your kitchen to the next level. We will collaborate to design & organize your cabinet selections including door & drawers styles, wood types, stain or paint selections, hardware sizing & placement, and cabinet overlay options. Beyond kitchen cabinets, I also create custom designs for bathroom cabinets, mudroom cabinets, butler's pantry cabinets, laundry room cabinets, and custom closet cabinetry .
KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN
The kitchen is the heart of the home and the investment level is typically the highest in the kitchen and bathrooms. So, when it comes to your kitchen remodel or bathroom remodel, it’s important to get it right the first time. Together we will work towards creating the kitchen or bathroom of your dreams. There are many complicated details that arise when designing a kitchen, which is why it's important to have an experienced designer guide you through the process.
FINISH & FIXTURE SELECTIONS
When starting a design project, there are many choices that need to be made and organized. Gathering details, analyzing product specifications, maintaining budget requirements, making sure each selection is sized correctly, and organizing each detail is all part of the selections process. I can assist in this process by providing detailed schedules to organize selections for your project and share them with the appropriate trade partners.
MASTERPLAN DESIGN
I believe that creating a masterplan for your home is one of the most important services that I provide. Often a client will want to remodel several different areas within their home but will only have the resources to address one or two of these projects to start. The masterplan will include designs for all areas of your home rather than just the ones that are to be completed now. It is important to have each project in your home planned out so you have a cohesive design, which can be then worked on in seperate phases. Your masterplan will also help you decide which projects will take priorities and have the best investment outcomes.
3D RENDERINGS
Creating high quality 3D renderings are an important part of my design process. There are so many decisions that need to be made during a renovation or remodeling project. The renderings make the decision making process easier since we can visualize the designs and selections as we go.
